The crux for every climber: how to get your hands on your climbing goodies? Please find all necessary information regarding payments and shipping below.

Payments

Unfortunately, there is no such thing as a free lunch (not even for us, believe me!). However, we will do our best to have the payment process run as smooth and hassle free as possible.

Wholesale customers are kindly asked to contact us about payment methods. Companies and schools are offered the possibility to order by invoice. Discounts may be available for large orders. Please talk to us!

How do I pay?

How does paying by bank transfer work?

In case you choose to pay by bank transfer, we will send you an email listing your order, the total amount due and an order number. We kindly ask you to use this order number as reference when wiring your payment. Please transfer the exact amount listed in the email. Your order will be shipped upon receipt of your payment. Please bear in mind that unfortunately, some banks need up to 48 hours to process a transfer.

With what payment companies do you cooperate?

Payments made with ApplePay, GooglePay, AmazonPay or PayPal are directly processed by these companies themselves.

We cooperate with payment provider Shopify Payment for the all other payment methods offered.

What if I change my mind?

Sometimes it happens, you click ‘submit’ and doubt strikes. No worries! Before getting your Track & Trace code, you can always cancel your order and we will reimburse you within 5 working days.

In case your order has already been shipped, you either have the possibility to refuse it upon delivery or to return it. Please note that in this case you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please read our Return and Exchange policy.

Woohoo! Thank you for your order! Below we’ll guide you through the magic process of transferring your digital order to a real-life parcel, soon to arrive on your doorstep!

Confirmation of receipt of order

Upon submitting your order through our website, you will receive an email confirming receipt of order. This means that we received your order, loud and clear. We will then proceed to check and process your order. When we start with this, we will send you an order confirmation.

Order confirmation

Upon processing your order, you will receive an order confirmation. This will include a URL that allows you to check the status of your order up to the moment of shipment.

Shipping notification

The moment we ship your order, you will receive a shipping notification. This includes a code that allows you to check the shipping status of your order through the Track & Trace system of PostNL, DPD, or DHL.

How long will it take before my order arrives?

We will ship your order within 2 working days. We try not to work in the weekends, so orders placed on Saturdays and/or Sundays will be processed on Mondays. In the Netherlands orders will usually be delivered upon 1 working day after shipment. Shipment to Belgium usually takes 1 to 2 working days. Shipment to other EU countries differs per country, but will usually take between 3 to 6 working days.

What shipping companies do you use?

We will ship your order with PostNL, DPD, or DHL. Once we've handed them your parcel, they will take care of the distribution.

After we have handed over your order, you will receive a shipping notification by email. This includes a code that allows you to check the shipping status of your order through the Track & Trace system of the shipping company. Keep an eye on it to know exactly when your order will be delivered or whether it is delayed.

What are the costs involved?

All orders over € 44.95 within the Netherlands and Belgium will be delivered on your doorstep for free! For all orders below this amount, you’ll be requested to pay a € 6.95 contribution to the shipping costs.

Can I somehow keep track of my order?

The moment we hand over your order to PostNL, DPD, or DHL, you will receive a shipping notification by email. This includes a code that allows you to check the shipping status of your order through the Track & Trace system of PostNL, DPD, or DHL. In the unlikely event that you did not receive a Track & Trace code, you can always contact us to ask us what the delivery time will be.

What happens with my order when I am not at home?

We all lead busy lives, so we understand that you might not be at home when the postman rings at your door. Don’t worry! Check whether there is a note in your letter box or check the Track & Trace page via the email you received upon shipment. Both the note and the Track & Trace page will explain the next step(s). Usually the delivery guy or girl either returns the following day or you can collect your parcel at a pick-up point near your home.

Can my delivery address differ from my invoice address?

Being nice and buying someone a present? It is always possible to have your order delivered on an address that differs from the invoice address. Please specify during the check-out process where we have to ship the goodies to and who we have to foot with the bill.
